My soup was cold,sent it back and it came back cold. The salad dressing tasted rancid and the steak was tough. Very disappointed
I absolutely love Outback Steakhouse! John the bartender is super personable and gives nothing but the best customer service you can get! (New Hartford location)
Good food, great steak and shrimp and the yummy blooming onion!
Hosts and hostesses are so preoccupied with computer seating chart that they can't even greet customers. The manager agreed that's a problem when she was informed. Crabcakes are bait and switch, made with cheapo crabmeat, not real "Jumbo Lump" as advertised on the menu. French (Aussie) Fries were soggy and ice cold. Won't be back here....,so many better choices in the area.
