2nd time here and both times the food was great and the service was exceptional

A month ago my husband and I decided to do the delivery. The food was over cooked and dripping in grease. The manager Brian (very nice man) apologized and have gave us a $40 credit which we decided to use today for another delivery (we would've went to the restaurant but our daughter is sick). Listen, I've lived in Staten Island almost 40 years and I know 3/4 of the restaurants.....most have good quality food at decent prices.Outback has NEVER been my favorite.We usually go once or twice a year because my son likes it.The food is mediocre at best......but when they start to hit you with ridiculous prices is when I say adios.We were there about 10 days ago, when I checked the tab which I thought was a tad too high, I saw a $14.75 charge for a glass of pinot...I said this has to be a mistake so I called the place an... read more
25 minute wait times for cold ass food. The 6oz sirloin medium? Chicken and shrimp pasta? Not like a culinary masterpiece to wait 25 to 40 minutes for food that's not hot. The issue was our server was stacking orders thus slowing down the process and overwhelming the kitchen. Management should have stepped in but didn't the experience sucked
