It seems like the chef had Outback does not know the meaning of medium RARE. A couple of years ago we went to the Outback in midtown NYC and ordered a medium RARE steak and it came out as WELL DONE. This past weekend we went to the Outback in Staten Island NY location and ordered a Porterhouse steak medium RARE and it again came out as WELL DONE aka a dry piece of wood. What’s up with that???
We went for the first time last night,the prime rib was perfect! We ordered 3 12oz n all were great . We will be back! Ty
