We had the blooming onion as an appetizer. I think it would be much better to serve it over paper towels to soak up all the oil. Tasty but very oily. The rest was fabulous! Salad, steak and baked potato were fabulously yummy ;)
My brother & i ordered steak well done but it was pink inside.The waiter took it back & got it right the 2nd time & gave us a free baked potato with it

The Staten Island Outback in my opinion really picked up their game. I started going to Chris Michaels a few years ago and began to get use to their Steak, when they went downhill I went back to the Outback and was pleasantly surprised. Was there Sunday 012/11/16 and the service and management couldn't have been better. I really enjoyed the ribeye and when my wife wasn't happy with her steak they had no problem replacing it with the ribeye. Big thumbs up to the staff and manager I wish I got their names. Ya know, the steak I had was so damn good. I had a 9 ounce with 2 sides, and I loved it. I will say 1 thing, I sat at the bar and ordered mushrooms on the steak but it was so damn loud the bartender probably didn't hear it. That's the only reason I didn't give 5 stars but other than that perfect. One more thing, there's always a wait on Saturday night, the only night i don't have work, the wait is for good reason though. A real good place.
Staff was nice food was good it took about 45min from time appetizer was done til food came out. Slow kitchen very slow
