Went to the Outback on Pelham St, Methuen, MA. My brother and ordered the rib eye... big mistake... I think they've downgraded to "select" grade instead of the "choice" grade that you would expect here. Both steaks were cooked medium-rare, as we requestrd, but were very chewy. The Bloomin Onion was greatly downsized. Will probably head on over to the Texas Roadhouse instead if we want rib eye again.
