Definitely lost my business. Service here stinks. First time visiting here, was rushed, and blooming onion was very burnt and greasy. Asked the manager was the grease burnt said that was not likely. Thought maybe not a good day. Second time on 6/25/2017 same thing occurs . Manager suddenly has realization that I was the same customer whom previously purchased the blooming onion (picture is in the comments) and insists that the grease has a 2 week shelf life. I went there three times and all three times had bad service and when we ask to speak to a manger all we got was a sorry and wasn't a genuine one . Me and my wife haven't went back and we would go once to two times a week
Ordered steak medium well, as medium often is pretty rare. My medium well came out with no pink. It was like eating shoe leather and tasteless.
