My husband brought me to the south elgin location for my birthday, he used the call ahead service. When we arrived we had received a pager and after 45 minutes of waiting we finally politely asked why we had still not been seated. "The host replied oooo we paged you and you didn't show up"... we were standing right there. Not only did our pager not work they put the wrong pager number with our names. Our server she was nice, but the food horrible it was cold. potatoes were over cooked. I had prim rib which looked as it came out of a microwave.
The waitress was nice enough but considering that there are very few people than the building at the time that we wanted to eat, it took awhile to get our food and the food wasn't really good not worth the money at all at least not for the things that I ordered my sister seem to be okay with her steak and sweet potato and the wings and whatever but I won't be going back.
Awful service, worst service we’ve ever received. Food was decent, but not worth it. I sat with an empty water glass for 20 min. We told the bartender we were in a huge hurry and with 3 of them behind the bar they still couldn’t give good service. I asked for bread and was told it wasn’t ready yet, but the people at the other end of the bar got 2 loaves as we sat there, lol. Pathetic. We Weill NEVER go back. Find a new manager, he walked around like an idiot and was not attentive to any of the patrons.
We had great service, the food was delicious. We had steak left over so I made pot pie out of it tonight !!!!! Can't wait to go back..
The food was good server was a little lacking but other than that overall a great experience
