It started dripping water right next to my table from the roof . That wasn’t the bad part they asked the people across the aisle way if they wanted to move while I was sitting here my boots were getting wet they acted like my daughter and myself were even there. And the waitress I think she was brand new she was a not very attentive and I won’t be back .
This was our first time my wife and I came to this location in South Elgin. Our server Joe was great! He was funny, talkative and kept checking on us. Our filet and ribeye were perfect and we loved the grilled shrimp on the barbie. We definitely will be back!

It has now been 3 hours since my husband and I ordered our meal online from the South Elgin Outback. The confirmation email we received said that we would have our food by 7:15 pm. When I called the first time at 8 pm, we were told that they were overwhelmed by the number of orders for Valentines Day and only had ONE delivery driver. Went here because we had a gift card. Needless to say we won’t be back. The potato’s were cold and dry and could tell were old. $25.00 ribeye steak was tough and chewy. chicken sandwich was ok. Service was great waitress was friendly but food wasn’t worth the money if we didn’t have a gift card. Texas Roadhouse is the same price and better quality
