Great food, good service, I am never disappointed there, first class

the waiter didn't know anything we had ask another waiter for the bread spent 2:00 in there.
Food is really Good specially the Clam Chowder,Ribeye Steak is so Fantastic its Perfect But the Serving is too slow!. But they all still doing a Good Job!!.
Slow service, steak was cold by time I got my steak sauce, no one checked on us till brought bill and I hadn't had a drink refill and was in bad need of one , when I did see her finally and asked for a refill she poured tea and I had no ice horrible service probably won't be back and I am local and work retailers and alot of people ask for suggestions won't suggest this place
We have been from Miami, Tampa, Atlanta, St. Louis and Sevierville. This new one in Sevierville is the best ever. Service, rib eye, blooming onion, all great. New open look with Aussie pictures and paintings around the perimeters. Highly recommend

The salmon is the best my wife and I have ever had and try to go every week.
I mean, food wise for my fiancé was ok. For me, I had a chicken dish with cheese and mushrooms on it with fries. It was incredibly dry (the chicken). Fries were cold, semi bland. She had a steak salad and said it was good - as far as our waitress, she was very "by the book". Not much personality, but was trying. It seemed as if she wasn't wanting to be working.
