We had great service at the carry out. Our waiter/server was great. The manager had to help with a gift card and he was so busy and the whole restaurant was very busy. Both were so helpful and it was like we were the only customer Love this place
By far this is my first pick of a place to eat in Sevierville/Gatlinburg,the manager andy there is awesome,he went out of his way to make sure that our experience here was as good as it could be,and I Will most definitely be back and would recommend it to anyone visiting the area!!!probably the fastest and best professional services I've experienced in a restaurant in a long time! Outback catered my daughter's wedding October 15, 2016. The wedding was in the barn. Andy and his crew were fantastic professional on time and courteous. And he saved us money by providing a bartender as well. The food was amazing, our guest were raving about how wonderful the chicken was and the fact that it wasn't dry. Made a call a head table. The person that on the phone did not put us in the computer. So we had to wait 30 mins. The food was good but the service was not to good.
We tried the crab avocado dip, it was amazing . We also had the prime rib which was excellent and Alice Springs chicken, also delicious. Another in our party got a burger and he said it was delicious. My husband however ordered a ribeye , it came out too rare and he sent it back and when it came back the second time, one end was very thick and still too rare but the steak was much thinner on the other end and that end was now too done . Ordered my steak medium it was rare it was so tough the steak knife could barely cut it prime rib mind you!

Food was ok, blooming onion was soggy and service was really slow. Bread was good when we could get it
I did not eat however my husband did eat and threw up all night you're lucky you got one star the water was good

Made reservations for 5 pm. Arrived early and still able to be seated. Waitress was very friendly. Food was ok. Husband loved his Prime Rib. My steak was a bit burned on the outside of the steak. Plus potatoes had a burned taste to them.
