The best stake restaurant in town. Excellent server and my husband and me have a blass for my Bday. I defenetely recommended to every body.
Very disappointed! seated for over an hour before food came out. Then food came our cold, because it sat back there. We'll stick with Longhorn! service was rotten to.
William our server was excellent! Steak cooked to perfection!
Great service!!!!! Had an issue with a steak, but manager came out and made it right !!!!
Our server was super friendly even though she was really busy she made sure we had our Bread on time our glasses were never half full they were always full and if we ask for something she got it to us in a reasonable amount of time can't wait to go back to Tennessee and eat there again and keep in mind I live in South Carolina they definitely beat the Outback here
We sat for an hour before our food was brought out and when it finally was, the food was ice cold and we were unable to eat it. Our waitress didn't even apologize about the wait or about our food being cold. The only good thing about our experience was a front of house manager who admitted that today was a bad service day for all of them, and then cleared our bills.
Sit at this place for over a hour waiting on our food, then get it and everything was cold, and didn't have half our food brought out! The waitress never even said sorry or anything like she could care less!!!
We went to Outback for my birthday. We called ahead for seating. Very crowded so we still waited about 15 minutes. My husband got the 9oz filet & unlimited shrimp. The steak wasn't cooked the way he wanted so they kindly brought him another. The other 2 steaks were fine. Even though they were busy our waitress was great.
These folks Jeremy, Amanda, Will, Nick & Christina these folks are the bomb! They go above and beyond the call of duty! They make sure everything is right as rain! Amanda even makes sure she gets the games on 3 TVs for us at the bar! Yall are the best and a true blessing will always be back! Keep one BoneIn Ribeye for me�
