Hated it! Our rude waiter accused us of walking out on our tab when we were in the restroom and when I talked to the "manager" on duty he could have cared less. Wouldn't apologize make it right or anything. Horrible!
One of my favorite places here in Branson! The food is great and the atmosphere is wonderful! I love the live music!
Don't go there with a gift card! We planned to use a gift card we had received, learned after we ate that they are independent and don't accept Outback gift cards. This is the only warning you'll get. When we asked the waitress how often she had to tell customers this, we could tell it was fairly often. But, there is no sign/notification of this anywhere. Shady.
It's said when you're a local and when I mean local I mean born and raised. We sit in the bar with 6 other people in there, sat for 15min, no greeting, no eye contact by the 2 bartenders working, NOTHING!! Sorry to say won't be supporting this local business anymore
