Very unfriendly wait staff. Actually argued with me! I ordered a filet they brought a sirloin out. Apologized and said we’re cooking a filet. They then cut the sirloin folded it over and brought it out Like a filet. When I pointed out it was not a filet the waitress got huffy and mouthy! We took 15 people (wedding party) and she argued with two in our group! I always looked forward to eating there when in Branson but never again!

To start off.... ordered a Bud light and he brought out a draft. He didnt even ask if i wanted a bottle or a draft Or even what size of draft. So i was like ill drink this one and get a bottle next. But it was flat! Ok maybe he didnt notice lol . But then they tried to pass off a sirloin for a filet lol. they tried to fix the situation with a "butterflied sirloin " to cook it fast since they screwed up and pass that as a filet. I give it a 1.5

We’ve already addressed this issue from another guest. There were other circumstances that were not mentioned in this visit. We’ve spoke with the manager, the server and other staff members. We are sorry for your bad experience.
Loved it! Great food and friendly atmosphere. Our server Gregory was amazing. Very helpful and attentive. Happy we decided to eat here. If you're ever in Branson definitely stop in.

We are local and this was our favorite restaurant and even went there the night my husband and I got married. The service has gone downhill, our waiter argued with me about the famous fried rolls not being served until 5:00 and that now you only get one side with your steak when their prices are already ridiculous..they said they are under new ownership but this place will go under if they don’t improve things. We will never go back until that happens

As always wonderful food and service!! When my friends decided to come to Branson for the weekend I had one request, gotta eat at Outback at least once!!! We all loved the food, three first timers and me! Not sure how to give it 5 stars but i will when I figure it out!!!
