This used to be our favorite restaurant. We brought six people with us two weeks ago and were embarrassed for the service (or lack thereof) that we received. One of our party never had her food rang in. It was an awful experience. I've reached out to the company but can't get a response, even though I can see that they've read my messages. We will not be going back to this establishment.
This used to be THE place in Branson. We were there a week ago and it was great, as always. We brought friends in from Europe this week (and one was from Australia) eager to show off our favorite place. New menu, higher prices and less for what you pay. The draft Guinness was kind of nasty, a good cleaning of the tap might help, the food was poorly cooked, had to replace one meal completely and our server seemed lost. Had to ask, repeatedly, for things that last week were willingly offered. So sad to see a great place fall.

Went here a few weeks ago and they were out of half the menu. Didn't even have prime rib, not only were they advertising it, it's one of their staples, Man has this place gone down hill.
Ate here in the 80's when it first opened. Still great and fun g'day.
