The team was friendly and helpful. The car was serviced in a timely manner and I even got a car wash.
Great sales experience, worst service experience, ever! New car, under 5,000 miles, tried to sell me $700 service for what they said was a damaged boot. Got two different stories as to what the damage was. I took the car to our family mechanic who looked at the boot and showed it to me while it was up on the rack, no damage at all!! In fact he took pics of all boots, none of which were damaged.
