Use caution when purchasing a Toyota - they will not stand by their products. Our car was repaired under technical recall - excessive oil consumption, 2k miles after they put new pistons in the car the engine blew-up, their response - not our problem, we lost about $9000 - this happened July 2017. They WILL NOT STAND BY THEIR PRODUCTS.

#Toyota, #Orsmantoyota Do not buy a "certified used car" from Oursman, I would not buy anything including new Toyotas since this dealership preys on young uninformed buyers. My daughter bought a "certified" Scion TC used car from them it had Brakes and Rotors well below the Toyota "certified" standard, and a significant amount of underbody rust including on the axel. It cost her $800 to fix, this only after 7 months of ownership and 3,000 miles. Car has only a total of 24,000 miles. Shouldn't even be ready for new brakes and... read more
Their service waiting area is huge and very accommodating. As a mother I greatly appreciate the well-appointed kids play area. Scheduling an appointment is a breeze, and they even let you pick a service advisor so you have someone who gets to know you and your vehicle.
Took my car in to get a few things fixed and a couple recalls done. A few hours later I got the call all is well. Thank you Diego! I also got a loner and they let me choose my car (never happened before) it was great. Thought it would cost almost my whole paycheck but it didn't. Totally appreciate that since I only get paid so much a week. Thank you Toyota!!!
