RecommendedWent to Ourisman Fairfax Toyota for my most recent car purchase. Great customer service. I was treated with respect, and the transaction went smoothly! I could not be more pleased!
Was told the vehicle needed $1900 in service repairs (one item alone was $1600) and took it to a different mechanic for a second opinion. Was told they CANNOT FIND ANYTHING WRONG. Ourisman mechanics and service department must be hard up for work.
RecommendedHad a great experience at Ourisman Fairfax Toyota. We were quickly attended to by Jaime Alverado. While Jaime was retrieving some information one of the Sales Managers (Marcus Dos Santos) introduced himself. Marcus returned when needed to help us talk through a situation. Once everything was squared away, Ten Muhamed stepped up and helped us with our financing. Finally we were assisted by Colin Cantfil, another Manager, to make sure we got exactly what we were looking for in our financing. All in all, this group worked great... read more

RecommendedI bought my Scion here back in 2007. I still take it here for certain services because they're quick, they're not pushy and they will tell you what's essential vs. what can wait, and it's a nice facility if you have to wait.

I have never had to wait an unreasonable time and I have always enjoyed their comfortable waiting room with reading areas and television areas. There is also coffee and donuts available!! They are competent workmen and their service always dependably reliable. Thank you Ourisman!!
