I’ve been taking my Sequoia to Ourisman for six years. I have always been treated fairly. The staff is friendly and they have gone out of their way to help me. Jake and his team in the shop are first rate. It’s a long drive for me, and I’ve got other options closer to home, but I like and trust these people.
Recently on a Friday afternoon my Prius a loud noise came from the car and the break lights on the dashboard lit up. Upon consulting the owners manual it directed me to take he car to the dealers for attention. I called and was able to take he car there that same afternoon. Love going here just because of the service I get from Mostafa . He loves people he loves working with anyone , he loves giving his 100% with any issue . We need more customer service like him I have been to different guys there and was not happy but when mostafa took care of me last year . When a customer pays for service, they expect it to be performed by the Service Department. This was not the case with my vehicle. Also got metal screw in back tire at this dealership.
I walked in looking for a certified pre-owned Prius. I had one for 13 years and loved it, but now it was totalled. My son-in-law tried to talk me into a Corrolla, because it was less expensive and as I near retirement cost is an issue. Our sales person, who popped up immediately but never made a pest of himself, showed me the used Priuses. OK, they were good.
