So many waiting areas to choose from. One area with beautiful comfortable Chairs and a T.V. Area where you can self-serve yourself too fresh donuts, hot tea, coffee and hot chocolate. (Free) A 5 stars ***** rating for the Bathroom very clean. Employees are very nice and professional. When your wating is done I was given a full Quality Vehicle inspection. Went in for my first scheduled service with my 4Runner. My experience was fantastic. Efficient and friendly were the staff I encountered. Lovely to come back to pick up a very clean vehicle inside and out. Thank you Ourisman Toyota!
DO NOT bring your car here to get serviced. They have the worst customer service ever! Big rip-off!! Contacted Toyota Corporate and filed an official compliant.
This is the last of many horrible experiences I've had with them. Call me stupid for continuing to go there, but no more. Had an alert going off in certain circumstances (slanted turning curve to the left). Told me I needed a new sensor. I paid $940 for a new sensor. Alert still going off in same circumstances. Took it back. They told me the sensor was working properly and nothing they could do. Refused to put the old sensor back on and refund my money. Paid $940 for NOTHING.
