Purchased my car before thanksgiving, told the dealership before i signed for the car there was a problem with the radio, 9 weeks later I do not have a radio and they are telling me I might have to wait 10 to 14 days without a radio and they are unwilling to give me a rental.
Horrible service. I came in for my regular 40k maintenance. I've been here over 3 hours. Still don't have my car back.
