This is the last of many horrible experiences I've had with them. Call me stupid for continuing to go there, but no more. Had an alert going off in certain circumstances (slanted turning curve to the left). Told me I needed a new sensor. I paid $940 for a new sensor. Alert still going off in same circumstances. The service writers are extremely rude. They do not take the time to look into a vehicle or take the time to listen to problems that someone is having with their vehicle. When you express your complaints, they treat you like you are unintelligent. They do not take the time to explain how they do things at this dealership. I expect better customer service at a dealership; purchasing a new car is not cheap but the way they treat you seems as if they are. Having bad experience for the first time service , wait for 3 hours! after all they did not washed my cars which was on paperwork! I have to wait at least 45 minutes more !
Worst dealership and service ever. Have had to go back multiple times for simple things they should have had me sign my first time there. 1 month later and they still owe me 200$+ and my title. People that called me 2 days before "no longer work for the company" and the GM has been on a long "vacation" the story keeps changing and they cannot give me a clear answer on anything.
