We were told about the after sales service maintenance, which is the main reason why we stick with Toyota since 2004.

I have good experiences when my car is serviced by Ourisman and my service manager is trustworthy. I’ve never felt like I was being taken advantage of, as I have with other car repair shops. The pricing is fair because the work is done correctly the first time. Also, loaner cars are available when expensive repairs are required.

Absolutely the best experience ever! Jaime and Adam made the process so quick and enjoyable and I have never left a dealership feeling so amazing!
