When a customer pays for service, they expect it to be performed by the Service Department. This was not the case with my vehicle. Also got metal screw in back tire at this dealership.
RecommendedI walked in looking for a certified pre-owned Prius. I had one for 13 years and loved it, but now it was totalled. My son-in-law tried to talk me into a Corrolla, because it was less expensive and as I near retirement cost is an issue. Our sales person, who popped up immediately but never made a pest of himself, showed me the used Priuses. OK, they were good. Was told the vehicle needed $1900 in service repairs (one item alone was $1600) and took it to a different mechanic for a second opinion. Was told they CANNOT FIND ANYTHING WRONG. Ourisman mechanics and service department must be hard up for work.

While Jaime was retrieving some information one of the Sales Managers (Marcus Dos Santos) introduced himself. Marcus returned when needed to help us talk through a situation. Once everything was squared away, Ten Muhamed stepped up and helped us with our financing.
