RecommendedI usually go to a different hospital because it is closer to me, however, yesterday evening, I went to this ER. Every staff member from the security guard to the physicians assistant went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. The wait time was minimum and the care was superb. My nurse, Scott, was caring, intelligent and hilarious, he absolutely made me feel like family. OLBH will always be the hospital I go to from now on when I need care. Thanks so much for all you do!
A really nice , small down to home hospital. I would definitely recommend this hospital
We had a house fire and I was treated for burns in the ER. They went over and above what their job duties are. I cannot thank them enough for how wonderful they were to my children as well. They brought a dog leash in for my dog and shoes for my son and the list goes on. They had humor and tenderness towards me and my children. I have never seen an ER staff be so wonderful ❤️
I have to say, I had the best care during my week long stay. My nurses, Nathan in wound care, and Dr. Martin, took excellent care of me throughout two surgeries. Love that they go above and beyond to care for their patients!
very nice staff at the detox center they didn't treat me like a criminal bc I'm an addict but thanks to Dr Lance I'm three months sober working a program and I get a second chance to be a mom to my son thank you all so much for your help and time
They dont do their jobs. you could be dying and if they give u meds that improve u atall theyll send u home, regardless if your actually well enough to be home. Basically forcing alot of ppl to have repeat er visits for the same thing or putting ppl in bad situations due to their own blatant ignorance. ive sent messages and given feed back.For years actually. None of it is heard. Nothing has changed. I have to go there because its close but tbh it is the worst hospital.
After total knee replacement the PT dept barely walked me to the door or work my leg. Was never offered to bathe myself and was sent home with my IV still in my arm. I had to pull it out myself at home. This was my first time dealing with OLBH and it possibly may be my last.
Better than kings daughters
