We are grateful a friend recommended Our Family Friend in Chelsea when we needed additional help. She described the staff as professional, well trained, friendly, and flexible. All true. Jamie asked about our loved one’s interests and matched him with Charlie, an experienced caregiver and calming presence. Together, they engaged in a variety of activities, from walking outdoors on sunny days to working puzzles and playing pool.

5 star and beyond. A couple of months back we had Our Family and Friend service at my mom's home to come in a few hours a day, until we put are mom in a facility. When she started Hospice I called JAMIE In distress to find out if we could have overnight care here in the facility. Urgently are family was so stressed and we just couldn't go on 24/7. We used Our Family Friends for 7 months until my mom went to a facility. The caregivers are so caring and helpful. If the fit wasn't right, they would immediately change caregiver, Every caregivers we had we loved and became part of our family . No worries about someone not showing up, Our Family and Friends always took care of that.
