The nurse practitioner that saw my son spent a total of 30 seconds in the room with us. Didn’t give me any time to ask any questions. Didn’t elaborate or explain anything about his symptoms. She checked his ears and left. Very disappointed. I get that it’s a busy time but I’m still paying for their services.

I am from out of state and in town on business. I had a spider bite that couldn’t wait until I returned home. The staff at Ouch was amazing!!! It was the best experience I have ever had in an urgent care!!! As a nurse, I understand that typically you can expect a long wait. That was not the case here!!! Fast and efficient and professional!!! Great experience!!!
Loved Ouch!! They are a very nice group of people. The office is very clean. We didn’t have a long wait. They take time to answer questions and you don’t feel rushed.
Fast, excellent service. Very thorough and actually treats you like they care. I went it for a possible broken bone and 2 days later they called to check on me. EXCELLENT STAFF!
Dr. McCoy and his staff are second to none. The place is clean, the wait is short, and the staff is friendly. No better place to be seen and treated by a dedicated Christian doctor.
