I scheduled an online reservation for a Saturday morning (who does that?). I was in and out in under 30 minutes, and I didn't feel rushed at all!!! All my issues were addressed and all of my needs were met! Great customer service goes a long way!!! Way to go, Ouch!
Big THANK YOU for getting Steve in so quickly this morning for a bad migraine. Called ahead and no waiting - Dr. McCoy is great as well as the staff. So grateful - we would probably still be sitting in the ER if we had gone there. Steve is feeling much better and resting comfortably. OUCH Urgent Care is definitely a great place to go for prompt, excellent patient care! TB
Got seen, treated, and out the door before my appointment officially started. Staff is so nice and an excellent, easy to use website made it hassle free.
