Ottley Smiles is the only dentist I trust. I had a real fear of dentists prior to this. I hardly ever have to wait in the waiting room for my appt and all the staff is friendly and readily available to assist you in any way they can.
Wonderful people. Great dentists. Only gave 3 stars because they have plug in air fresheners in every outlet in the waiting room. For those of us that can't take chemicals it is ridiculously overpowering. I can't be in the building while my daughter has her appointments.
I wish I had the experience I read about in the reviews. Unfortunately I did not. I was quoted a price for a visit back in April and paid in full that day. Now 2 months later I receive a bill for unpaid balance. I was quoted the same price 3 times by this office. I called to discuss this charge with Rachel the office manager. Not helpful or customer friendly. Tried to say services were done that weren't quoted in the price. Maybe the time of the visit and payment would have been a better time to disclose this instead of two ... read more
My kids and I started going there in 2006 when we lived in Navarre and they love the Docs there!!! Now that we moved closer to Eglin I still drive all the way out there just to see them because I love the Docs too!! :)
