My oldest son fell yesterday and knocked one tooth out and his top teeth went up into his gums and sideways. Shannon got me in for a checkup with 20 minutes notice and I was in and out of the office in 10 minutes. Dr. Joshua was so kind and reassuring and my son even asked if we could go back today for a checkup since “Dr. Joshua was so nice and fun.” 😂
The staff was so comforting and calming! I was sick and didn't want to be here - but they made me feel so much better. This is a wonderful dental office.
Just a huge shout out to the staff and Dr. Jared for making my Mother smile again!!! She was dianosed terminal about 6 months ago and everyday is a gift. She has wanted dentures for many years but the money just never came. We finally raised the funds and Ottley dental made it possible not only to give her a smile again but they truly made her happy. Outstanding office and staff. The girls at the front office were very helpful and considerate when I needed payment options for my treatment. I could not afford to wait any longer to fix my tooth. Thank you so much for working with me. The doctors are great too, especially Dr. Jared. I will recommend this office to my friends and family.

Scared to go back after my second visit to fixed the pain l was having from an extraction that was done a week prior. He got snippy with me when l told him l could still feel pain as he was taking out some bone that was left behind! very unprofessional banging down the instrument! l was told the reason why it hurt "l had an open wound" If that was the case, l needed to be numbed up more when l was telling you it still hurt! l Still have bone rubbing on my tongue. plus pain Still! l know it still needs looking at again. but l... read more
