Really Like I really liked these dentists. First, their name is a pun of sorts, Ottley Smiles Family Dentistry, since the dentists are a husband, wife and his brother. They are not "plan" dentists, who provide cookie cutter care at the beck and call of the insurance company. They will file insurance for you but insist upon giving you the treatment you need, not what the insurance company wants to pay for. RecommendedWe have been going to Ottleys for 3 years now and have had amazing customer service! My hygienist Sharon was the best. Super helpful and went above and beyond to help my night guard fit correctly after having a filling.
The entire staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They are fast and accurate. Our family loves this office! 💕

I WOULD NOT recommend this office by no means. I got a build up and crown done from them and it was put in wrong so I had to have my root canal redone because of an infection so they redid the crown now I am dealing with the crown once again NOT sitting flush and they refuse to fix it unless I pay them a THIRD time to fix THEIR MESS UP. This office has nothing but bad reviews if you actually do your research on them before going to them. In which I would advice you do so.
They're such an awesome group people, always make you feel welcome and part of their family!
