Having just left a dentist of 12 years due to poor performance by a hygienist, I was very apprehensive to start with someone new. From the minute I walked into my appointment with Lynne, I was very comfortable and felt like she was a long lost friend. Dr. Ottesen took the time to review my concerns and issues that have gone undiagnosed for years, now have a game plan for solutions. I'm very glad to have found you!
Dr Ottenson and her staff are very professional. There is no worry that unnecessary procedures will be performed because you are shown troublesome areas with a camera so you can verify everything. Her staff is highly trained with lots of experience. Lynn has over 30 years experience as a hygienist and gets to know you and treat you as a whole person, not just a client.
Dr. Ottesen and her team, especially the one I am assigned to are so wonderful, caring and compassion. Truly caring for my comfort and satisfaction. The time and patience taken with me due to my extreme anxiety and medical issues go well above and beyond. I have had so many bad experiences and am a baby boomer that came from a poor family, so dental was not a priority. I chose Dr. Ottesen out of the blue about four years ago. I didn't realize what a true blessing that was. She is my first lady dentist and I absolutely love her. My teeth have been the most horrible problem in my life. I have always gone to the dentist on a regular basis and brushed religiously but to no avail. Dr. Ottesen has worked miracles with my teeth and that is no exaggeration. In addition, she and her staff are so compassionate and reliable. WHAT A BLESSING!
