Everyone there does a Great Job, and Knows what their doing correctly.
My kids and I had the best visit to date at Ottesen from the receptionist to the dental hygienist to Dr. Ottesen herself. My kids and I were treated with the utmost respect and understanding. Additionally my kids love going to this dentist for how patient the employees are and how well they are treated.
Everyone is so nice and anxious to please.
I have been going to Dr Ottesen and staff since 2015. Dr Ottesen goes out of her way for her patients and likewise for her staff. My teeth are a real challenge but no prob for this team. I cannot praise them enough! 😚
The staff there always gives a warm welcome to their patients to make them feel they’re important and willing to do whatever it takes to meet their needs
I don't ever have a single complaint about my care or treatment. I have a lot of difficulties suffering from PTSD and other things. They do their absolute best with me. I was not given good dental care as a child and am paying for it now with pain. They do all they can to help make me feel as comfortable as possible. Wish I had a magic wand myself Thank you for all you do.
From the front desk to Dr. Otteson, my visit was quite relaxing and enjoyable. I love the way the doctor explains what is happening and what her concerns are. She acts like she cares about YOUR teeth, not just charging you for a procedure like some of the chain dentists do.
Dr. Ottesen and her staff were polite, professional, and extremely friendly. We were referred to Dr. Ottesen for some resin and bonding by Dr. Marcantonio and we would highly recommend Dr. Ottesen to everyone.
