Dr. Ottesen is the best dentist I have ever dealt with, hands down. Her demeanor is so kind, and she strives to make sure you have a comfortable experience. From the moment you walk in the door, you are greeted by nothing but friendly staff making for an enjoyable visit. She also incorporates modern technology into her treatment program that is very informative for the patient. I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Ottesen and her staff at Ottesen Family Dentistry.
I stopped by the office on a Wednesday suffering from significant pain, received a "fit in" appointment for Friday, was seen on Friday, and had an appointment for a root canal on the following Thursday. In the meantime, received antibiotics and pain meds. Great service and care!
I always appreciate Dr. Ottesen being so clear about what she is doing in the procedure. She is also always willing to pause and discus anything with the patients. She is a total pro:)
Dr. Ottesen and her staff are wonderful. I have anxiety with going to the dentist but not here. Dr. Ottesen makes sure you are comfortable and is very easy to talk to. She is by far the best dentist I have been to. The staff and Dr. Ottesen are all welcoming and really care for their patients. They get to know you on a personal level and not just as another patient. Highly recommended.

Very impressed with the caring service that I have received. I totally recommend this dentist. They are very friendly and the doctor she takes the time to listen to your questions and provides you with advice. Everyone from the receptionists, to the hygienists and the doctor are amazing. I am very thankful to have found this dentist office.
