RecommendedI had such a wonderful experience with my surgery here. The staff is beyond incredible and so kind. Dr. Smith is very thorough and my breast reduction results are amazing, I couldn’t be more happy. Special thanks to Kelly who answered all of my questions after surgery. Really just thank you to everyone. You all are amazing. 💜

RecommendedI have never been in a medical facility as nice as Munson, the nurses are second to none. Let’s face it, with the exception to the birth of a child being in any hospital can be stressful and uncomfortable. I wish I could remember the names of all that took care of me but just the same I am grateful for their compassion and professionalism. my 14yr old grandson was taken to the ER on March 15th he had a fever chest pains radiating down his left arm .The nurse said he probably had the flu and wanted to swap his nose he objected the nurse threw the swap in the garbage and walked out thr next person to come in brought discharge papers. No one checked his heart or his lungs . RecommendedBeing a parent of a special needs child I have had many issues with different medical care professionals but after taking my 4 year old autistic child to the Munson lab in the Traverse City hospital to have blood work done I won't ever go anywhere but there! Everyone from the receptionist to the phlebotomist taking her blood were extremely professional and empathetic and didn't rush her through it giving her the best experience possible.
