This is the best, most understanding and compassionate place I have ever been! I have real issues with going to the dentist so I just didn’t go until I had too because I had a filling fall out. Not only did I go but I’m going to go back again.

Every time I visit Otsego Dental I am met with a smile. All of the people I interact with are very knowledgeable and professional. I had the best exam I have had in years all because I was told to change my toothpaste. I don’t know what the future holds for me but, my dentist will be in Otsego.

My 4 year old had a great first visit. They came down to her level and explained every tool and their function and even let her try some out! She was comfortable and trusting the whole time, though she walked in nervous.
Very nice and always do a good job.
My appointment went well. the whole staff is always so pleasant.
I always have good experiences when I visit Dr. Shiels. The staff is always helpful and have gone out of their way to help me when I need extra help.
