De Sheils and staff are all very good at what they do and treat me as though they really do appreciate my being their client. Always very helpful and friendly.
First visit. Very friendly and helpful at front desk. Dental tech was very friendly and explained in detail what she was going to do. Very thorough exam and detailed explanation of results. Dentist stopped in to introduce herself and after exam came in to explain plan forward. Impressed with first visit.
I needed to have a crown and of course was not looking forward to it I have to say that the whole process went much smoother than i thought. The staff were very polite, made sure I was comfortable at all times and I have to say it went very well. I went back today to have the permanent crown put on, and I was in and out in about 20 minutes! Thank you all!
Jenny always makes me feel at ease. She encourages me to keep up with my routine as it makes her job easier!
Dr. Shiels and his team were great! They were very patient with my son and made sure his experience was an enjoyable one even though my son didn't allow his teeth to be cleaned due to his sensory issues.
Dr Scheils is a great dentist who always is friendly and Jenny is a very friendly and great hygienist. The staff is always welcoming also.
I always like it there, to the point of not minding to go.
