My dental visit at Otsego Dental is probably the best dentistry experience I have experienced to date. Not only was the staff very pleasant and friendly, but my dentist, Dr. Shiels was excellent! His work is fantastic. Thank you to Dr Schiels, his assistant Joni, and the very sweet ladies in the front office.
very thorough cleaning by the friendly hygienist, who also gave suggestions for better cleaning techniques. Dr. Shields pronounced that my teethe were OK. professional and helpful as always.

I’m terrified of dentists and needles, only go to see one when there’s no option left. Broke an eye tooth off and was able to get an appointment with Dr. Paul Shiels-he was wonderful! Very calming voice, had a ton of patience, told me everything he was going to do ahead of time. His nurse was also wonderful, very kind. I give Otsego Dental 5 stars!
Expert, quality dental services! I have been going to Otsego Dental for 20 years. Dr. Sheils and his team are top-notch professionals who always display great customer care and support! Even in the midst of this pandemic, Dr. Sheils provided emergency service to me. I am so grateful for the care he and his staff ALWAYS provide. I made a good decision 20 years ago when I started there and I am a forever client.
