I came to Penn for a second opinion after seeing Cooper ENT. I am so happy I did. From the first call scheduling the appointment to registration and finally to see Dr. Aboud - everyone was kind and compassionate. Dr. Aboud took the time to explain the tumor to me and calmed all of my fears. I will continue treatment at Penn. Excellent treatment all around - thank you
Everyone from the receptionist to Dr. Abboud was very courteous. The wait time was minimal. It is so nice that this office realizes your time is valuable too. The assistants and the doctor explained what was going to happen in detail. I would recommend Dr. Abboud to family and friends.
Every one I encountered was friendly, knowledgeable and made sure I understood what was going to happen. My wait time was minimal and scheduling follow up tests and appointments was a breeze.

Dr. Abboud is a great ENT specialist and I have been seeing her for over 10 years. She has always been very efficient, professional and compassionate which is a great combination for a health care provider. I would highly recommend Dr. Abboud for anyone who is suffering with polyps, sinus infections or any other ailments that require an ENT specialist
