Dr. Abboud is the best, Professional, friendly, spends time with patient, caring, can't say enough. Her staff is also great and make you feel comfortable and at ease.
Dr. Abboud is fantastic. She was always very prompt, friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable. I had surgery for my turbinate hypertrophy, and had a great experience: I felt informed and safe with the surgery, did not experience any immediate post-op pain, and had a painless and easy recovery period. Her staff members were also always very nice! Overall, very positive experience - thanks so much, Dr. Abboud!

Dr. Kim-Abboud is amazing! She is nice, caring, knowledgeable, and professional. The office is very well designed, and I did not have to wait. My whole experience was efficient and great!
Each professional, from the wonderful woman at check-in, to the assistat Alexis, the nurse practitioner Megan, and Dr. Abboud, every one of them was professional, courteous, and reassuring. When I left, it felt like somebody gave me a big gift. Thank you!
Medical care was excellent - efficient and friendly at the same time. Good explanations and a care plan was outlined. The rest of the staff are better than those found in many other departments. Nursing assistant - or whatever they call them these days - needs to be re-trained on the patient's bill of rights and to remember that she is not the star of the show. Facility is a little nicer than many places. Free valet parking is an added draw. Ask me about treatment outcome in two weeks. The downtown call center is a disaster!... read more
My only complaint is about a 30" wait for my appointment which is unusual at Penn but honestly, it wasn't that big of a deal. Everyone was wonderful.
Very impressed with the Doctor and the way she treats her patients.
Treatment was excellent. Staff was OK, I tried to reschedule to get an earlier appointment at Dr, Aboudâ??s Radnor, but line was busy, second call no one answered, third time, message left and no return phone call and third time line was busy again.
