Good doctor, been there a couple times. Made appointment, she said they accepted my insurance with just co-pay, as they have in past years. After appointment along with my co-pay she told me there would be additional charges that were never mentioned. My office visit cost 5X what it should have been. Don't trust them.
My name is John Mason and Dr. Otis has always been very good to me he is very professional. Dr. Otis also ck. my eye one time when it was red and hurting without a appt. Thank-You
Dr Otis is GREAT! The issue is getting an appointment, The door has a sign that says walk in's welcome....the staff there treat walk in's like SCUM ! From some third world country with flies circling THEM!!! After two trys to walk in (I work on call 24/7) and one try to arrange an appointment on the phone, I'm going tonight to valuevision to spend my money, even though I'd rather spend it with doc Otis. His staff sucks!!
