Matt is fabulous! He is an excellent communicator. Our family is from out of town and our daughter experienced a near fatal drowning two days prior to the truck breaking down. It added to an already stressful experience. There was a one hour window the next day to diagnose the problem. The mechanic not only diagnosed the problem, he was able to fix it at the same time since the problem was a ruptured hose. Oswald’s always does outstanding work. I had a steering box replaced, oil leaks and the A/C repaired. Everything works great and when I’ve had any issues with repairs they have stood behind their work. Great shop and even better people!
