This is one of the saddest hospitals ever waiting over 2 hours for a procedure no one's says anything freezing no offers of anything and I have insurance must not be elite
This was the worst hospital experience I have ever had. I was transferred to OSU Tulsa for a procedure and had no choice in the hospital.I experienced poor communication, delayed pain management, and treatment that left me feeling dismissed and judged. Nurse Cristina was rude, ignored my requests, and I had to request that she be removed from my care. I was in severe pain from approximately 7:30 a.m. until noon before receiving pain medication. Happened a year ago but figured I should say something. Took my wife here to the ER for a cyst removal and once it was drained she started to feel extremely sick. We came back and the doctors brushed her saying “it’s just the meds”. Turns out, she was going septic! So clearly improper sterilization of the wound area happened or some mis hap . Thank God for other hospitals taking her seriously and running tests. Don’t come here
