Not one for publicly shaming anything however I am at my wit's end with Ossipee Trail Motor Sales. I bought my vehicle in February and it has since been back at the shop on 7 different occasions for the exact same problem. I have spent more time driving loaner Vehicles then driving my 2010 Jeep I am paying for every month; not to mention every loner I have been driving has either had a headlight out or a check engine light on, a crak in the windshield and gas light on. Ossipee Trail is the place to go when you're in need of a new vehicle. I have purchased vehicles for myself and my daughter. Tim went beyond what i expected. I admit i visited the bigger car dealerships that offered me half of my trade in value. Tim did what was needed to get me in my car. He even went out of his way to get the car i was looking for. Both cars are still running strong. When i am in need of a new vehicle the only the ONLY place i will shop is Ossipee Trail. Thank you Tim and Sonja for all you do!
I had a major issue with my car from a fender bender I had & my insurance company gave me a hard time but OT went above & beyond to fix the problem! I recommend anyone to buy a car from them! They are all very pleasant to deal with! :) thank you again for all you did for me!!
They don't keep their word when they say they will take care of something, and they never call you back!
