RecommendedMy family has been shopping with Ossipee trail motors for years. Every time we step on the lot, we are greeted by our names and we receive nothing but the best service. My husband had messaged and spoken with this dealer about a vehicle they advertised. We had planned to go and check out the car ( over an hour away) and they upped their price by $4000 on the vehicle. My husband asked to speak to the owner and they gave him the run around. Very unprofessional and does not care about the guest at all. I have never been so disappointed in a dealership. This coming from someone who has had her husband work in used cars for over 20 years. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALER. WAIST OF TIME.

I apologize for the miscommunication- this vehicle was priced incorrectly and it was an honest mistake. We reached out immediately to let your husband know of the error. He wanted to give us credit card information to hold it which we never did. I’m sure he knew this deal was too good to be true . As far as speaking to the owner- I am one of the owners. I don’t know how that is interpreted as giving someone the run around.

I wanted this car and drove almost 3 hours to buy it. Salesman (Keith) and owner (Tim) and wife of owner (Sonja) all gave me different prices! With undercoating included in the deal... then not included. Undercoating valued at $250-400... then suddenly over $1000? Tim made a deal with me on the phone and I was looking forward to purchasing. Then Sonja gave me a different price. I had $8500 cash and they would not work with me. Keith called once to “make it right” but never called back. Total waste of my time.
