I contacted them about a car I wanted to buy for my daughter...this was the EASIEST car buying experience I have ever had! Sonja was so friendly and helpful! I went to look at the car on Friday and drove off with it that night! I will most definitely be buying my next car (this one for myself) from them!! I highly recommend doing business with them! Thank you guys so much for making this a stress free experience. And P.S. they have the sweetest dog there to pet!!

Friendly but failed to mention the car we were interested in had a hole through the front bumper and was in the shop getting a new front end. Drove a ways to see it... could have told us over the phone and saved me and my mom a trip, time, etc.

I recommend Ossipee trails because I was greeted with respect, and Sonja (Forgive me if I spelled that wrong) went out of her way to find out which credit union would take me . She made sure to meet all the requirements that the credit union had given her and I ended up bringing home a 2014 Kia Sorento ! Later on after a day of owning it, like most cars, there was a small malfunction. I visited Ossipee Trail Motor Sales twice this week. Once to have my truck inspected and to have a noice looked at, the other was to have the noise corrected. Both times I received friendly customer service and a very, very fair price to get my truck repaired. Jim, their mechanic, is awesome and very knowledgeable. He saved me about $125 today in which I was able to have my AC recharged and I still left paying less than quoted. My AC runs cold now and no more knocking. Thanks Tim, Sonja and Jim!
