I contacted them about a car I wanted to buy for my daughter...this was the EASIEST car buying experience I have ever had! Sonja was so friendly and helpful! I went to look at the car on Friday and drove off with it that night! I will most definitely be buying my next car (this one for myself) from them!! I highly recommend doing business with them! I recommend Ossipee trails because I was greeted with respect, and Sonja (Forgive me if I spelled that wrong) went out of her way to find out which credit union would take me . She made sure to meet all the requirements that the credit union had given her and I ended up bringing home a 2014 Kia Sorento ! Later on after a day of owning it, like most cars, there was a small malfunction. I visited Ossipee Trail Motor Sales twice this week. Once to have my truck inspected and to have a noice looked at, the other was to have the noise corrected. Both times I received friendly customer service and a very, very fair price to get my truck repaired. Jim, their mechanic, is awesome and very knowledgeable. He saved me about $125 today in which I was able to have my AC recharged and I still left paying less than quoted. My AC runs cold now and no more knocking. Thanks Tim, Sonja and Jim! My family has been shopping with Ossipee trail motors for years. Every time we step on the lot, we are greeted by our names and we receive nothing but the best service. Staff will make sure we find exactly what we are looking for and will make sure the car buying process goes smooth. I would recommend Ossipee trail motors for everyone. My husband had messaged and spoken with this dealer about a vehicle they advertised. We had planned to go and check out the car ( over an hour away) and they upped their price by $4000 on the vehicle. My husband asked to speak to the owner and they gave him the run around. Very unprofessional and does not care about the guest at all. I have never been so disappointed in a dealership. This coming from someone who has had her husband work in used cars for over 20 years. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALER. WAIST OF TIME.

I apologize for the miscommunication- this vehicle was priced incorrectly and it was an honest mistake. We reached out immediately to let your husband know of the error. He wanted to give us credit card information to hold it which we never did. I’m sure he knew this deal was too good to be true . As far as speaking to the owner- I am one of the owners. I don’t know how that is interpreted as giving someone the run around.
