Osprey Athletics is a great place to get fit and enjoy doing it! From the excellent coaching to the exceptional community, everyone shares the same commitment to work hard, and get better. Fun atmosphere and good competition.
Excellent family business without the cultish connotations usually associated with CrossFit. They're really focused on technique and safety. And it's nice to go to a gym and not see everyone wearing headphones. Very social.
Great atmosphere and the staff are super! They really know their stuff!
I’ve been going to this gym for about 5 months. I cannot say enough good things about the other members, coaches, owners. You will not find a more open, welcoming and supportive environment. Everybody, no matter their current level of fitness has a place at Osprey!
