Amazing experience at the store. Very hospitable environment and the staff really took care of my dietary restrictions and I ordered chicken over rice and it was delicious.
I have been a huge fan of osmows for a long time. And this is a big disappointment. We have been ordering Philly chicken for a long time. I specifically called and asked that i have added the cheese and could you make a philly chicken. He said yes. This is the worst food i have even had in my life. No philly and why would you add soo much of pickle in it?
Ordered on Uber Eats and I cancelled in 3 minutes got charged that didn’t even refund or sent the same order back really disappointed. How could that have prepared in 3 minutes.
Ordered delivery through DoorDash. Food arrived cold 40 minutes after pick up from the restaurant. But also within a short time after eating I had to rush to the bathroom as the food went straight through me. Definitely food poisoning or contamination of some sort. Not impressed
I ordered a shawarma through Uber Eats and specifically selected mild (not spicy). Unfortunately, the shawarma was extremely spicy — to the point that it was impossible to eat. It was also delivered very late and arrived completely cold. Very disappointing experience. If “mild” means this level of spiciness, I can’t imagine how spicy the regular version is. I would not order again.
