I had an absolutely terrible experience at Osmow’s. This was easily some of the worst food I’ve ever been served. Not only were the fries cold, but I also found small plastic-like pieces in my food, which is completely unacceptable and honestly disturbing. I only just recently discovered this place and it is really amazing. Great food, super friendly and helpful staff, and I even got to meet the owner/manager who was wonderful as well. The place is very popular and the menu is diverse. Love all the options. I highly recommend them.

Its so disappointing to order from doordash as i ordered half and half but they send me on stix . And i dont like stix a lot . I dont want money back i just want my money worth and i talked to there manager at 2:54 pm. She denied right away instead of helping me out she said take your refund from third party . But this doesnt sound fair to me .
