I visited Osmos on July 6th at around 7:20 PM, and the service was extremely poor. The waiting time for food was way too long — both for dine-in customers and Uber Eats pickups. It was peak time, yet only three employees were working, and shockingly, one of them (a girl) was actually sleeping at a customer table right in front of everyone. I’ve been to Osmow’s many times and the food is good, but every time this young Indian guy is working the night shift, it’s the same rude attitude. No respect, no basic customer service — just pure rudeness every single time. It ruins the whole experience for loyal customers like me. If you can’t treat people properly, maybe don’t work in a restaurant. Osmow’s really needs to fix this or they’ll keep losing regulars
