I have had many repairs done here. I've had broken rings and rings resized. They have always given me excellent service. The pricing is amazing compared to other jewlers. The staff is kind and informative and has always treated me very well. Today I went in for a watch battery and to have my watch cleaned. The gentleman at the counter was absolutely great. I had a fantastic experience at Oshawa Jewellery! Lauren was absolutely amazing to deal with super friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. She helped me find exactly what I was looking for and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers. The store had a great selection and fair prices too. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend asking for Lauren if you visit!
