Cool store, I’ve often popped in to look at their watches; albeit I’ll be honest I’ve only ever bought watches at other ADs; Gratziella Oshawa, Loro, Manny’s, etc. Today reminded me why. I was looking for something cheaper for my wife, a Tissot Quartz (it is what she wants), but when discussing price they informed me they only do MSRP. I want to thank the staff at this establishment for the wonderful help in my time of need, Talen and the staff that were in the store on the 28th of Feb. 2025 I was at a very low point in what should have been a exiting time buying two wedding bands, it was very difficult as the wedding was on the Sunday March the 2nd, Talen could see that I needed help and was very patient with me and listened to my difficult story and was so courteous in dealing with me. If I could give more than 5 stars it would be off the charts. Despite needing a desperate last minute pick up of a wedding ring set for my parents, the team at Oshawa Jewellery were AMAZING! And I mean truly terrific in our circumstances. My experience at Oshawa Jewellery was amazing! Staff was great! Dorsa was very knowledgeable and helped me pick out and custom design a necklace for my girlfriend. While the necklace was being made, she kept me informed of its progress from beginning to end. She made the whole experience easy. Thanks so much Dorsa!
