***Update**** As expected a response was given by the Manager that is named below. However she still fails to address the actual issue. When you go into the store to have items serviced, they inspect all items. So if this was done correctly, please tell me why my wife would be at fault? Years ago I started going to this jewelry store as I found it was family owned. Took my wife’s weddings to have them cleaned and watches to have batteries replaced. Since then we have made this our go to place. However, not anymore. My wife took her chain in to have it repaired. As normal staff was friendly, the younger lady at the counter helped and took the chain. When the younger lady took the chain it seemed as though she checked it over. And handed back a pick up slip. worst experience….. I never recommend anyone to buy from this store. They never stick to their words and even its not my fault they are so stubborn they want to pay double amount to buy something new……. really cheap behaviour
