Run. Our mother is dying with Alzheimer’s. No home would take her because of a positive Covid. Finally Sandwich Illinois NH did. OSF did not inform ambulance driver’s that she was positive. We informed them. Shameful
Filthiest bathroom I ever saw in a hospital. I should have been tested for COVID19 as I was leaving, instead of as I was entering. I could have gone for an Ultrasound at St Mary's in Streator, had I known the conditions were so unsanitary in Ottawa. I am reporting therm to the DPH.
These wonderful people have kind and caring at all levels, doctors, nurses,janitors, lifeflight,etc. Never have I met anyone who disappointed. They have saved my three times in the last few years. Thank you all. Thank God for such loving care. I recently got taken to a non osf hospital in Morris and it was the worst experience. The doctor did save my life which I am thankful for but the majority of the staff that I had for the next few days was horrible. This made me appreciative of osf even more!
terrible experience in the ER with my boy never again ..worst attitude given and was told that he would torture my son and give him an I.V since i wasn't happy with his diagnoses ! Will never take a step in that hospital again
Everyone took great care of me! Before anyone, even the Doctors would leave my room, they would ask if they could get me anything!
everyone was kind and courteous. prompt and made me feel at ease
Came into the emergency room with my 5 year old son, the RN Nancy was seriously so amazing and went above and beyond to make him feel better! The whole staff was so nice and got us in and out so quickly! Will definitely be returning, but hopefully not any time soon lol.
Dr vyas delivered my son he is extremely good and amazing love the ob part of this hospital my nurse Grace was amazing to she even came up on her day off to hold my son cause she missed the birth by a couple hrs
