absolutely HORRIBLE experience. i saw another review about the terrible female er blonde haired dr and truly couldn’t agree more. i am SICKENED by how my family and i were treated. in such a hard and emotional moment they (the dr and a brown haired nurse) made us feel like idiots and completely talked down to us making us feel even more helpless. after being so useless and ignorant to us for ONLY 5 minutes, they had the audacity to be completely rude and act confused by us leaving after receiving zero help. if you want compa... read more

This facility is top notch, from the minute I walked in the door to the minute I left, the staff was friendly and very efficient. I am from Georgia, visiting a friend and was very nervous about the visit, insurance and cost. The receptionist put me at ease with her positive attitude and made me feel like a person and not just a number. The nurses made me feel at ease and very knowledgeable. Ottawa St Francis is a wonderful place full of caring staff
Such an amazing facility to intern for. Everyone is always eager to do their job in the best way possible. I will be so sad to leave this December, as my internship will come to a close. OSF will always have a special place in my heart!
I can not thank the staff at the Wound Care Clinic enough. They successfully healed an open wound on my leg after being treated by another facility for over a year! Dr. Jones, Kristen and Karla went above and beyond to make sure my care was top notch. A hidden gem in the 1050 building but so thankful I found them. Thank you again ladies for being so wonderful!
Friendly, caring, even humorous staff for my surgery today. Made me feel at home. They did everything to make me comfortable. Three thumbs up.
this may be a small hospital but it is great! we are 2 1/2 hours from home and had accident. this place was so caring, professional and concerned. Wish they were in our neighborhood!
